Due to COVID-19, deliveries may be delayed due to additional safety measures. Please note carriers may be experiencing higher than normal volumes of shipment resulting in delayed delivery times.
LOCAL SHIPPING RATES (CALGARY)
Orders shipped to apartment buildings, condominiums, office towers, PO Box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations are considered beyond points and can reach your destination through Standard Shipping only. Shipping rates will apply on all orders under $50, free shipping is available on orders over $50 before discount codes and taxes. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Flat rate shipping fee of $10 for orders under $50 within the City of Calgary.

NW and SW Calgary Deliveries
Orders placed before 3pm on Sunday will be delivered on Monday, any order placed after 3pm on Sunday will be delivered on Wednesday.
NE and SE Calgary Deliveries
Orders placed before 3pm on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday, any orders placed after 3pm on Monday will be delivered on Thursday.

If you haven’t received your order within 12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at vitalqi.tcm@gmaill.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 15 days from the date of receipt of your delivery, if the item is unused, unopened and in its original condition. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the shipping costs for the return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Incorrect, Damaged or Lost Goods
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 5 days from receipt of delivery at vitalqi.tcm@gmail.com with your order number and photo(s) of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Failure to contact us within 5 days of receipt of delivery voids any responsibility we may have had.
If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us within 5 days from receipt of delivery at vitalqi.tcm@gmail.com. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost. A return shipping label will be sent to you using the contact information you provided at time of your order for return of the incorrect item(s) shipped.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Actual delivery times and costs are subject to change. The delivery times and costs displayed in the shopping cart at the time of your order will reflect your shipping charges, and when you should expect to receive an order placed on that day. This information will also appear in your order confirmation email.
