Return, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at vitalqi.tcm@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the return shipping fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR LOST GOODS
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 5 days from receipt of delivery at vitalqi.tcm@gmail.com with your order number and photo(s) of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Failure to contact us within 5 days of receipt of delivery voids any responsibility we may have had.
If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us within 5 days from receipt of delivery at vitalqi.tcm@gmail.com. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost. A return shipping label will be sent to you using the contact information you provided at time of your order for return of the incorrect item(s) shipped.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
